Research

Object: Based on the study of model catalysts, try to give the synthesis instruction of real catalysts.

Strategy: Understanding the reaction mechanisms by using the surface chemistry methods, such as STM, PEEM/LEEM, XPS, UPS, ISS, HREELS.

Project: Now I focus on the study of graphene growth on metal surface, such as Ru(0001) and Pt(111). By the controllable production of different dimension's graphene on metal surface, I can study simple molecule adsorption@desorption on the reversable model catalysts.
