Multiple Functional UHV interconnected System

◆ The preparation, in situ characterization, and test of performance of model catalysts can be performed in one interconnected system.

◆ The basic process controlling surface catalysts can be explored in detail.

Nano Energy and Catalysis Material” project in vacuum interconnected nanotech workstation (Nano-X)

◆ To investigate growth mechanism, morphology and chemical valence states of study objects.

◆ To observe in-situ dynamic process in  reactions at well-controlled atmospheres and temperatures.

◆ To bridge "pressure gap" and satisfy scientific demands in catalysis and electrochemistry.
