Recently, Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) released the 2019 lists of TOP 1% of highly cited researchers. Prof. Qiang Fu has made the list in the field of General Chemistry; Prof. Xinhe Bao and Prof. Guoxiong Wang have made the list in the field of Energy & Sustainability.

The lists identify researchers who produced multiple papers ranking in the top 1% by citations for their field and year of publication, demonstrating significant research influence among their peers. And the datas are taken from 8 research fields: General Chemistry, Materials, Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic & Medicinal Chemistry, Environmental Science & Engineering, Analytical and Biological Chemistry. And the fields are defined by more than 40 RSC publications. The RSC work out the 2019 lists by identifying researchers who have had multiple papers in 2017 and 2018. Profs. Zhongmin Liu, Huamin Zhang, Xianfeng Li, Yingxu Wei, Shengzhong Liu have featured on the 2019 list.
