潘秀莲,研究员,博导,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,万人计划领军人才。担任辽宁省低碳能源与技术重点实验室主任,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所能源基础与战略研究部副部长,碳基能源催化转化研究组组长。
潘秀莲研究员长期从事碳基能源催化转化,在合成气、甲烷、二氧化碳及废塑料等催化转化方面取得系列重要研究成果,并入选中国科学十大进展(2016)。在Science(3篇)、Nature Materials(1篇)、Chemical Reviews(2篇)、Angewandte Chemie(5篇)、Journal of American Chemical Society(7篇)等期刊发表论文110余篇。论文总被引次数达16000次,H因子51(Google Scholar)。国内外发明专利授权90余件。承担科技部重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金委创新群体项目、重大研究计划集成项目和重点项目、杰青、重点项目、国际(地区)合作项目,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项等。入选英国皇家化学会会士、中国化学会会士。荣获国家自然科学奖一等奖(第二完成人)、全国创新争先奖(团队骨干)、辽宁省自然科学奖一等奖(两次,第二完成人)、国务院特殊津贴获得者、全国五一劳动奖章、全国三八红旗手、中国青年科技奖、中国青年女科学家奖、中国催化青年奖、中国化学会-巴斯夫公司青年知识创新奖等荣誉。应邀在国际催化会、国际分子筛大会、国际碳催化会、高登会议等国际重要学术会议做大会/主旨/特邀报告;担任Journal of Energy Chemistry和Catalysis Science & Technology副主编,ACS Energy Letters,ACS Catalysis,Chemical Science,The Journal of Physical Chemistry C等编委。

Research directions:
1. Synthesis and application of catalytic materials, including metal, metal oxides, metal nitrides, zeolites and carbon based materials;
2. Heterogeneous catalytic reactions, particularly on C1 chemistry, including selective conversion of syngas, methane and CO2, as well as acetylene chemistry, and waste plastics upcycling;
3. Spectroscopic characterization and reaction kinetics;
4. Scale-up of catalyst preparation.
Remuneration:
Salary and welfare benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (annual income (before tax) of RMB280,000); *According to the statistical data of April 2023, the average annual income of postdocs (before tax) is RMB334,000, and the highest annual income is over RMB760,000.
