Recently, the Personnel Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences announced the recipients of the Special government allowances of the State Council within CAS in 2018. Prof. Xiulian Pan has received the honor, and she was issued certificate and allowance from the Government.
The Special Government Allowance of the State Council is one of the national reward for high-level professional talent and high-quality technical personnel. The Allowance are selected biennially, and the candidates should have made outstanding achievements in the fields of natural science research, technological development, education and social science research etc, and have been acknowledged by national and international peers.
