Chinese Chemical Society announced the list of winners of the “2017 Chinese Chemical Society Award for Outstanding Young Chemist” award on 27 December. 10 outstanding young chemists were awarded, including Dr. Deng Dehui from our group.

“Chinese Chemical Society Award for Outstanding Young Chemist”, established in 1983, is the first academic award set up by the Chinese Chemical Society. The award is mainly targeted at outstanding young chemists who work creatively, improvably and independently, and who are younger than 35 years of age. The award is granted annually to no more than 10 winners each year.Prof. Yang Weishen, Prof. Han Keli, Prof. Zhang Lihua and Prof. Xiao Chunlei have been awarded.
