    Obtain a fundamental understanding of the key steps at electrified surfaces/interfaces via in-situ surface analytic techniques. Fabricate model electrochemical devices based on two-dimensional material electrodes. Employ dynamic imaging techniques, including NAP-PEEM, EC-AFM, and SCRM, to study the electrochemistry at gas-solid and liquid-solid interfaces.
